The Edgewater location has been serving
children from the age two to six years old for over twenty years.
Montessori materials are used throughout the program providing a strong
preschool foundation that enables our students to excel in their
academic work. Many go on to the elementary program and have
transferred to the many excellent private schools in the area as well
as to both public and parochial schools. Many of our graduates have
been placed in the gifted and talented programs in the receiving
schools.
Our unique early literacy curriculum combines aspects of a highly respected reading program, traditional Montessori language acquisition materials, and games and materials designed by our founder, Jane Bailey, to insure the early development of strong reading skills and tremendous confidence in our students.
Summer Camp
In the summer we offer a summer camp program. The campers enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, science and nature, cooking, music, outdoor play, computers, and a variety of field trips and special in-house events. Learn more about our summer camp program.
FasTracKids
The FasTracKids enrichment program is available, at an additional cost, to children from age two to five. Learn more about our FasTracKids program.
Day Care
Both the school and the camp are open from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm with daycare available 7:00 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening. Door-to Door bus available from an independent bus company which has served our students for many years.
