About the Mahwah Location

The Mahwah location serves children from the age of six weeks in our Infant Program through the Kindergarten year and provides a Toddler Program for children from the age of 18 months though age 2 1/2. The school is located on a beautiful piece of property that was formerly the Commodore Perry Public School and has multiple playgrounds, an indoor gym, and two swimming pools that were specially designed for small children. Montessori materials are used throughout the program providing a strong preschool foundation that enables our students to excel in their elementary years.
Our graduates easily transfer to local public, private, and parochial schools where many excel as class leaders.Our unique early literacy curriculum combines aspects of the Open Court Reading program, traditional Montessori language acquisition materials, and games and materials designed by our founder, Jane Bailey, to insure the early development of strong reading skills and tremendous confidence in our students.
Summer Camp
In the summer we offer a summer camp program. The campers enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, science and nature, cooking, music, outdoor play, computers, and a variety of field trips and special in-house events. Learn more about our summer camp program.
FasTracKids
The FasTracKids enrichment program is available, at an additional cost, to children from age two to five. Learn more about our FasTracKids program.
Day Care
Both the school and the camp are open from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm with daycare available 7:00 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening.
